§ 78 FeV - Inkrafttreten
Diese Verordnung tritt am Tag nach der Verkündung in Kraft. Gleichzeitig tritt die Fahrerlaubnis-Verordnung vom 18. August 1998 (BGBl. I S. 2214), die zuletzt durch Artikel 3 der Verordnung vom 5. August 2009 (BGBl. I S. 2631) geändert worden ist, außer Kraft.
Der Bundesrat hat zugestimmt.
